Meter Reading
We suggest you read your meter on or about the same day each month. Meter readings are due on the 20th of each month. If the meter is not read, the bill will be estimated on prior usage patterns, which may be high or low. To reduce confusion and avoid a larger catch-up bill, we encourage you to read your meter and submit your reading regularly. In the event that no meter reading is received for three consecutive months, an Association employee will read the meter and the consumer will be charged a fee.
