Late Charges

K.C. Electric will charge a late payment fee of five dollars ($5.00) plus one and a half percent (1.5%) on the monthly balance of each consumer’s delinquent account with K.C. Electric Association, Inc. The late payment fee will be added to the balance of the consumer’s delinquent account each month, making a new monthly balance for each month which the new balance will again be subjected to the late fee, until the bill is paid or the service is terminated.
